Can we book photography and film seperately?
Throughout the years we have carefully designed and curated our packages to compliment one another. We take great responsiblity and care in ensuring our service and team operates cohesively. We would strongly encourage couples to consider us their main film and photography team. We do have multiple members within our company who are willing and trained if we are not available on your chosen date. However, in stating that we do offer seperate photography and film packages.
How long does it take to recieve my images and/or footage?
Once your wedding day is complete, you will recieve an email notification roughly 24-72 hours after with a link to your ‘sneak peak’ gallery and/or wedding teaser. From there our team designs and illustrates your wedding day through film and photography. Our design process takes time to curate and redefine which generally is between 8-12 weeks.
Can we recieve any RAW or unedited footage and/or images?
It is against our company policy to ask and recieve any RAW or unedited footage and/or images. Once you have signed our contract and paid the non-refundable deposit you have agreed to our T&C’s and this includes no RAW or unedited footage to be sent or published. We will be happy to provide you with a quote for ceremony and/or speeches if you desire. This is to be agreed upon in writing before the wedding date.
Can I make suggestions and edits to the work after it is completed?
Once the work has been delivered, any requests you may have may be submitted. However this does not guarantee a change or re-edit in your imagery and/or film. You may request to do so within 100 days of the delivery date. Any requests for changes outside of this timeframe will result in additional editing fees.
What is your cancellation policy?
Upon your booking with us we will request you to sign our contract and pay a non-refundable deposit. Your contract will further outlines our cancellation policy.
